Community Bible Study

St Louis M MO

The mission of Comunity Bible Study (CBS) is:

To make disciples of the Lord Jesus Christ, in our communities through sharing in-depth Bible study available to all.

As I have participated with men, women and children in CBS over the years I have witnessed lives be radically changed as individuals have changed from being merely acquaintances of Jesus to becoming His disciples.

Come join us and watch your life be turned upside down.

Currently Studying: Ruth and Samuel, Ephesians

We begin the year studying 1 and 2 Samuel which the ESV Study Bible says highlights God's kingkship, God's providential guidance and God's sovereign will.  Then we will transition to Ephesians which John Stott says highlights the new life which God has given us in Christ, the new society which God has created through Christ, the new standards which God expects of his new society, and the new relationships into which God has brought us.

MINISTRIES

Next Gen Ministry

Through a variety of activities such as Bible teaching, Scripture memory work, crafts, worship, games, and other activities, we seek to provide a welcoming and engaging environment where the next generations can learn about Jesus. Our offerings are tailored to a child’s developmental stage, starting with babies, and going through high school. Beginning in our elementary classes, our curriculum can be aligned with an adult class so that parents and their children may study the same Book of the Bible, enabling parents additional opportunities to assist their children in living out God’s truths in their lives.
